  • Request must be made within 5–6 working days of receiving the parcel.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Defective or damaged items are eligible for full refund or replacement.

2. Refund Process

  • Provide your order number and reason for refund.
  • Send the product back to our Karachi office (shipping charges may apply unless item is defective).
  • Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Products returned after 6 working days from delivery.
